Spot Free Rinse Water - EPRO 1500

The Reverse Osmosis process uses a semi-permeable membrane to separate and remove dissolved solids, organics, pyrogens, submicron collodial matter, viruses, and bacteria from water. The process is called “Reverse” Osmosis since it requires pressure to force pure water across a membrane, leaving the impurities behind. Reverse Osmosis is capable of removing 95-99% of the total dissolved solids (TDS) and 99% of all bacteria, thus providing safe, pure water.

Semi-dyr electroblotters

The BDHsemi-dry bloners are available in two sizes, both with colour coded (red) anode and (black) cathode to ensure correct gel orientation. The anode is made from platinum coated titanium and the cathode from stainless steel, to give long life and uniform transferfrom the gels. The electrode connections are arranged so that the top plate cannot be removed without disconnection from the power supply.

Mini-vertical gel unit is a dual-gel water-cooled unit with all the important features required by the research scientist. It is flexible and can run most8xl0cm or 10xl0cm precast polyacrylamide gels which have a notched plate format (eg. Gradipore), in a wide range of thicknesses due to the novel damping arrangement. Six screws (only lour need to be used at anyone time) make gel clamping simple without using separate damps. The white central cooling unit allows easy visualisation oIcoloured bands and is positioned to ensure efficient cooling of dlegel plates. Self sealing snap-on connectors prevent the spills .i1ichcommonly occur when disconnecting the cooling liquid.
